the comeback coach
My goal is to help you examine and re-imagine your life and for you to live with great authenticity, purpose, and health all around. I believe my personal and professional experiences lend themselves well to that.
I am first and foremost a follower of Jesus. Being Mom to my two incredible sons is my life’s greatest gift and joy, hands down. I’m married to my high school & college sweetheart and best friend and, like everyone else, we’ve absolutely not had a perfect journey. We do have a lot of love, though, and that, combined with some work and attention, makes all the difference. I have had several lifetimes of setbacks and comebacks, all of which have provided a wealth of experience and wisdom that I’ve always enjoyed delving into in order to help others.
For many years, I was a middle school and high school teacher in primarily public school systems, but also taught in private schools as well. My specialty was “at-risk” students which included kids experiencing anything from a divorce in the family or poverty to criminal activity & jail time, human trafficking, child abuse, or suicidal tendencies. I taught English, literature, speech & debate, journalism, and coached all kinds of things over the years. I homeschooled my own sons, also serving as Director of a local homeschool co-op, and am passionate about parents taking control of their kids' education.
I had the privilege of serving on staff at two large churches as the Small Groups Director, Community Outreach Director, Assimilations Director, Hospitality Coordinator, on the women's conference planning/leadership team, and even did a short stint as Administrative Assistant to the Lead Pastor. I published my first book in 2019, became an Ordained Christian Minister that same year, and have been serving as a keynote speaker for many educational seminars, retreats, ministry events, & college classes around the country for about 20 years.
More recently, I decided to officially compile all of my life and work experience into the beautiful career of coaching, something I’ve been doing unofficially for decades. I’m a Certified Life Coach, Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, and Certified Holistic Health Coach with extensive training in foundational nutrition, personal development, & trauma recovery. I'm happy to hold specialized training in the scientifically-proven Habit Change Coaching Method that provides lasting habit change for clients via neural re-wiring. This training allows me to help you experience inevitable success in forming new, healthy, & lasting habits that are good for you and good for those around you. Whether in your life & relationships or your health & nutrition, you can put a stop to going around the same mountain over & over again wondering why you can’t make your choices stick. There are solutions and I can help you make them work.
I have personally been coached by some outstanding professionals. In both my experience as a client and in my experience as a coach with my own clients, I’ve seen the real, deep, and powerful effects that solid coaching can have and the way it positively impacts lives. That‘s exciting to me because I believe that everything we do affects everything and everyone around us, making ripples in their lives as well. It has always been my honor and pleasure to get to work with sincere people who want the absolute best for themselves.
I want that for you, too.
You can come back from ANYTHING, my friend.
ANYTHING.
I look forward to making ripples together.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the results and life you desire. It's of utmost importance that you seek God's will and direction for you along the way, as working outside of His plan will never produce the best long-term outcome. God + you + coaching = healthy results
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. Typically, each session lasts about 50-60 minutes. There are specific programs that occasionally hold longer or shorter sessions and sometimes sessions are designated for different durations depending on client needs and what each situation dictates. Unless otherwise stated or arranged, expect 50-60 minute sessions.
Individual sessions are $75 each.
